Baron Le Roy was the one who commissioned the building of this castle in 1649. In the past the castle was surrounded by a moat and could only be entered via a draw bridge. The castle was enlarged in the 19th century when the four towers were added.
Now the castle is beautifully restored and function as a hotel. You also can rent several rooms to keep parties or seminars. In the cellar of the castle you find a tavern where you can have a drink and little snack.
Follow the ring around Brussels in the direction of Charleroi. Take exit 20 and drive in the direction of Dworp. You will see the castle on your left site after a few minutes driving.
